AMY MARKS

Amy is an Affiliate Broker and REALTOR® with Chapter One Real Estate in the Greater Nashville Area. She has more than 25 years of single-family real estate investment ownership experience, which allows her to be a fantastic resource for clients (of all ages and stages) who are interested in purchasing investment properties.

Amy is also passionate about helping clients as they experience some of life’s challenging transitions that often lead to buying and selling real estate, such as loss of a spouse, divorce, empty nesting, aging out of a home, etc.  

An East Tennessee native, Amy has lived in Middle Tennessee for more than 12 years and has witnessed the area’s growth firsthand, particularly in the areas of South Nashville, Brentwood, Nolensville, LaVergne and Smyrna, where Davidson, Williamson and Rutherford Counties meet.

Amy graduated from The University of Tennessee Knoxville and earned an MBA from Tennessee Technological University. She recently concluded a long career in Finance & IT.

Amy is a REALTOR® with the National Association of REALTORS® and a member of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS®. She actively volunteers with her church in South Nashville and enjoys traveling with her children as much as possible.
