I am a Broker and REALTOR® serving the Greater Nashville Area, and I love helping both buyers and sellers make informed decisions about their most valuable investments: their homes.
I am particularly passionate about helping individuals who are going through divorce, which is why I earned my Real Estate Collaboration Specialist - Divorce™ (RCS-D™) designation in 2022, as well as completed New Ways for Mediation™ Training (Mediating High Conflict Disputes) through the High Conflict Institute that same year.
In 2025, I earned the Pricing Strategy Advisor certification from the National Association of REALTORS®, adding to my skillset in helping sellers appropriately price their homes for a successful sale, as well as guiding homebuyers on offers that will secure the homes they've fallen in love with.
And in 2026, I finalized the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) certification, also from the National Association of REALTORS® showcasing my specialty in working with buyers.
I earned my Tennessee Affiliate Broker’s license in 2021 and my Tennessee Broker's license in 2025. I was also a REALTOR® back in Mississippi from 2008 to 2010, and I have experience in many areas of real estate, including buyer and seller representation, residential construction, neighborhood development, and investment properties (both rehabs and rentals).
In addition to being a REALTOR® with the National Association of REALTORS®, I am a member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors.
