Kerri is a Broker and REALTOR® serving the Greater Nashville Area, who loves helping both buyers and sellers make informed decisions about their most valuable investments: their homes. 

She is particularly passionate about helping individuals who are going through divorce, which is why she earned her Real Estate Collaboration Specialist - Divorce™ (RCS-D™) designation in 2022, as well as completed New Ways for Mediation™ Training (Mediating High Conflict Disputes) through the High Conflict Institute that same year.

In 2025, she earned the Pricing Strategy Advisor certification from the National Association of REALTORS®, adding to her skillset in helping sellers appropriately price their homes for a successful sale, as well as guiding homebuyers on offers that will secure the homes they've fallen in love with.
 

And in 2026, Kerri finalized the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) certification, also from the National Association of REALTORS® showcasing her specialty in working with buyers.

Kerri earned her Tennessee Affiliate Broker’s license in 2021 and her Tennessee Broker's license in 2025. She was also a REALTOR® back in Mississippi from 2008 to 2010, where she gained experience in many areas of real estate, including buyer and seller representation, residential construction, neighborhood development, and investment properties (both rehabs and rentals). 

In addition to being a REALTOR® with the National Association of REALTORS®, Kerri is a member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors.
